Established in 2024, Ginger's Diner is a vibrant, retro-inspired café in the heart of Redruth, Cornwall. Proudly recognised as Cornwall's only drag queen-owned diner, we've created a space where delicious food, great coffee and genuine hospitality come together in a fun, welcoming atmosphere inspired by classic 1950s American diners.

 

From speciality coffee and handcrafted milkshakes to homemade cakes, light lunches and sweet treats, everything we serve is made with care and a passion for bringing people together.
